Twins born around 36 weeks?

My OB told me last week at my 35 week appointment he was not going to schedule my c section (Baby A is breech and refuses to move) for 38 weeks because I won't make it that far. He also told me to come to both of my appointments next week on an empty stomach prepared to go to the hospital for a c section because "the babies are showing him it's almost time to come." Only thing we noticed different from normal is Baby A's fluid is barely over 2cm.... Just wanting experiences of those who have had their twins around 36 weeks. I'm scared my baby girls aren't ready for the outside world yet, but I'm so excited to meet them also!
