I'm looking into getting a menstrual cup.. Where can I get one? How much are they on average? How long can I go without changing? What is the best brand? And how does it work?😬 thanks ladies

Omg I have a lunette, its a great brand. Ive had it for a year for so now. It's awesome for a beginner. I never had much trouble with it, I am 17 so I got the size one. I also like Meluna because of the many sizes! But do a lot of research. If you have a short vaginal canal get a smaller cup, and visa versa. Good luck!

Check out Precious stars pads. She's FAB! You can get all sorts of brands, different shapes and sizes to suit. Mine was £20 and I have a mooncup. You can keep it for years. They're amazing! You should definitely go for one!
