Fever at 4 weeks

Is it okay or not very worrisome to have a low-grade fever during pregnancy? Yesterday, 20 May, when I went to the hospital to confirm my pregnancy, my temperature was 98.3. Today, 21 May at around 1:30 P.M., I took my temperature and it was 99.6 degrees.

I have been on antibiotics for tonsillitis before I even knew I was pregnant, nearly 10 days now, so I'm unsure if I'd have any new bacterial infections being able to attach to me since I have amoxicillin filling up my blood and body.

Should I be concerned with 99.6 temp? I don't even have an OB yet! That 1st appt doesn't happen until June 6.
