Back pain in very early pregnancy?

Is it normal to have back pain at four almost five weeks? I figured back pain and foot pain would come later after the big belly is here but I am 4 weeks 4 days and my back is killing me!

I'm at 8 weeks now and have had back pain since before my positive test. I thought it was back cramps from my period about to start but nope!
