Cassanovum anyone?

Hi, I am ttc. I stopped my birth control pills mid cycle on May 6th. AF started May 8th. Ordered cassanovum pills off of amazon and began taking them cd6. I have been tracking ovulation via clear blue digital advanced ovulation test. I got high fertility cd10-13. This morning when I tested it also said high fertility, but I took another test a few minutes ago and it now says peak. Since I just stopped the bc pills would this be an accurate reading can I really be ovulating this soon and does cassanovum really help conceive could this be the reason I'm ovulating. Has anyone had any luck with cassanovum in the first month of trying? Or has anyone gotten pregnant using cassanovum pills?
