Well, I'm not sure what I've been experiencing today, but around 2 today I had the worst cramp ever! It was to the point I couldn't walk straight without me falling to the ground in pain. It was also triggering major pain in the left part of my lower stomach and now it still hurts to press on it or having to stretch that affects that area. The thing is though I'm 11 days until my period starts and I've heard period cramps only hit you 24-48 hrs until your period starts.  Im not sure if it's normal to feel that much pain or have cramps that early since I don't usually get them. Any ideas of what this could've been or if this is normal?
