Have you started buying things for baby ?

I'm currently 15w1d due 11/11/16 haven't bought a single thing for baby I assume out of paranoia. Thinking I may lose the baby & also because I won't know the gender for another 3 weeks. Just wondering should I at start ? Also what things I could start buying ? I know you can never be fully prepared but I want to start doing so..
