Clearblue PLUS False Positive?

Has anyone experience a a false positive with clear blue plus or heard it has a bad rep.?

I hope this is still relevant to you? I got three false positives with clearblue last week. Not chemical pregnancy.. confirmed the very next day that I was in fact not pregnant, and with a mini of <1 there's no possible way I was pregnant enough the night before for the hcg to be registering on those tests. simply bad tests (unfortunately). Called clearblue, and the lady told me that it's not possible, and my Obgyn is wrong--that it HAD to be a chemical pregnancy. . Refused to offer me refund even for just the three tests. Not to mention the money I wasted 1. On the blood test and 2. all week after on tests to see if I was actually pregnant.
