What will your baby call you?

This seems like a dumb question but I still don't know what our baby will call my wife and I. My wife is *very* butch but does not identify as trans. We call her "dad" to our dogs and aren't sure what we'll have the human kid call her. For those whose kid will have two "mom"s, what will you be called?

My wife(mother) and I have a 9 year old daughter.. i met her when she was younger she wanted to call me daddy but she already has a dad.. so she decided to call me mama and my wife mommy.. but now that she's older she said she sees me as her father and other mother.. so she made up the name fommy..

We have an almost 5 year old. The original plan was for me to be Mama and my wife to be Mommy, but when DS started talking he said Mama first. Then instead of Mommy he said Mimi. We know some people use that for grandma, but we don't and it's what he picked. So we're Mama and Mimi. I know other people who do Mama and Ima (mom in Hebrew).

I've heard of a lot of butch and genderqueer folks using Didi. I think it's a great option and is something a kid could use into older years as well.

The wife is mama and I'm mummy. We talked about being mommy and mummy (she's American, I'm British) but thought the nuance might be too much for a infant's tongue!

I'm trans and having this very same issue. I just don't know what I am. I go back and forth. Some ideas others have brought to me are ma-da, maddy, pops, papa, mapa, and of course choosing between mom or dad. I'd love to use mada or maddy, I'm just worried about bullying when the kid is school age as we live in a very conservative area
