I'm worried

Just over a week ago my boyfriend fingered me and my vagina kept bleeding for two days (not like a period just spotting) and it was really itchy. Then he fingered me again yesterday and we had sex using a condom. Now my vagina is itchy again and this time it's really red as well. I'm a teenager and my mum dissapproves of my boyfriend and of people having sex before marriage so I really don't want to tell her, so if anyone knows what it could be and what I should do to sort it out it would be most appreciated
