Full moon and sexual energy

Okay so here's what I'm wondering; does a full moon effect sexual energy? I've been seeing my boyfriend every Saturday for two solid months except I had to cancel last Saturday because I was ill. Well I had date night tonight (Saturday) with him and it went great as usual but we wound up having sex three times! The thing is the lust/passion increased each round and by round three my orgasms were so intense that I almost couldn't handle it and things were just as intense for him as well. So, was it the full moon,the fact that we went two weeks without seeing eachother or a little bit of both?
