? Ectopic or viable pregnancy

Sorry guys.....me posting AGAIN cos I'm Stressing out.

7 days late and have literally had 3 tiny light brown spots in 3 days. Boobs sore, cramps and feeling light headed. Actually completely off food. Been testing by every day and all BFN's. Apparently this can sometimes mean that you have an ectopic?!

Anyone have an ectopic and want to share their experience? My doc said to come in tomorrow and I am freaking out as just miscarried a few months ago and an ectopic would just be devestating.  I am so stressed I could vomit.

Alternately, anyone been really late and have BFN's and then went on to have good hcg levels and pregnancies? I need to know!

Even if ectopic you would have a positive hcg. Don't stress so much, deep breaths.

I think you're overthinking it. It's far more likely that the negative tests are accurate. You may not even be late if you ovulated later or haven't ovulated at all yet.

Have had 2 ectopics and they were both completely different just like every pregnancy just try and relax easier said than done I know

Even if you had an ectopic you would show positive on most tests. An ectopic means the egg has implanted in the tubes so therefore, once implanted, hcg is created and detectable on most early testing...
