Help! Mum won't let boyfriend in my room

Okay I'm 16 and he's 17 my mum won't let my boyfriend in my room because I'm still he 'baby' and she said 'I was 16 once' but my sisters were aloud and also she will let me go to his house, knowing I will go in his bedroom, but when he comes to my house when I'm home alone, she thinks we won't go upstairs, I don't know what she's thinking. Like he's aloud round when no one is home, I'm aloud around his, I can go in his car but he's not aloud in my room? My mum doesn't want me to grow up, she used to have a go at me telling me I needed to grow up and then she's telling me that she doesn't want me to grow up because I'm her 'baby' last child and she doesn't like it, ugghh omg!!!
