Does it ever come back?

I used to have a very high sex drive, I could not get enough of my fiancé. My son is now 9 months old and I have had no sex drive at all since he was born. I feel bad for my fiancé, he has been amazing about it but will it ever come back?!!? I'm still breastfeeding and someone told me a long time ago that sometimes plays apart. Is that true

Mine returned when my cycle returned, which happened early for me (4 months) even though I was still pumping. So maybe once you stop nursing & you regular cycle returns?

I think it has to do with a lot more than breastfeeding like your work load, how hard the pregnancy was and probably age.  I've always had a high drive but I found it has now decreased.  I breastfed everyone of my three children.  I found really no change with my first two and this time around I'm 34 had a extremely difficult pregnancy and now I'm working, breastfeeding trying to pump for work and coordinating activities for a fourteen years old and nine years old.  It's just at the back of my mind because I'm TIRED lol.

Yes, breastfeeding can lower your sex drive. Maybe when you stop it will come back?
