3 faint pregnancy test in one week

I finished my period 6 weeks ago last week I tested with a sensitive pregnancy test 10mul and had a faint line did one 3 days after and very faint line did one with another brand 10mul sensitive pregnancy test another brand yesterday had a light positive I don't know if I am or not had period cramps 2 weeks ago like i come on went toilet and wiped abit of blood and nothing after that just cramps on and off and feeling tired
