Pain during exercise

Hi ladies!,

So I am not sure if I am pregnant I am going to take a test soon because my menstruation is late. But today I did a lot of cardio in the gym and when it was over I felt a lot of cramping. It felt like menstruation cramps for about 5 minutes. Now I'm completely fine, but should I stop just in case I'm pregnant ? If I am pregnant is that pain normal? I've been trying to get pregnant and I don't want to miscarry. Please help.

I'm not an expert but I think maybe you should take it easy the rest of the day. Cramps related to a heavy workout would concern me. I know it's highly unlikely that it's related, but I miscarried earlier this year and I was doing high-impact barre/cardio 4-5 times per week. Doubt it's connected but this time I'm definitely slowing it down. I'm not doing any barre anymore. No running, just walking, and adding yoga. Good luck!
