Help?

I had an ultrasound at 8w 3d and baby was fine. Healthy heartbeat of 185. I made an appointment with my doctor for June 2nd. I am very paranoid about this pregnancy so I went to a clinic on Thursday (11w 3d) to get a check up ultrasound and the guy (who was a total dick) said baby measured 8 weeks but everything was fine. So now i have negative thoughts that the baby stopped growing. Part of me wants to believe it, part of me wants to think positive because he was such a dick and so dismissive. I know the chances of miscarriage are low after hearing a heartbeat and whatnot but can i get some insight or words of encouragement?
