Signs of labor?

Question

So has anyone who has given birth before had some kind of signs that labor is near besides having their water break/ contractions?

Lately I've been having really soft poop (tmi sorry) but I heard diarrhea was common before labor? It's not diarrhea but really soft, and then I've been having random pains in my stomach and in my back. And my belly gets really hard, I never really time them though.

But if anyone knows any signs of labor coming near/ ways to induce labor please lmk 😁😁

I had looser stool about 3 weeks before I delivered my first, but no diarrhea or anything right before or when active labor started. The only "sign" I really had was my workout felt different the night before. I did BodyAttack through my whole pregnancy, and I obviously did more and more low impact options the further along I got... But I was still able to jog and do some jumping jacks even at 38 weeks. I took a class at 5pm one evening at 39 weeks, and I immediately knew I had to do it all low impact. It felt like he was about to fall out of me when I tried to jog. I came home and told my husband it felt different... Went to bed, and woke up at 2am with contractions that consistently sped up, water broke on the way to the hospital, and delivered at 1pm.

Snap it's so frustrating!! I wish these pains would stay or go an come back for the real thing! Hope everything goes well my midwife said nipple stimulation is the best thing to keep them going x
