Vaginal pressure early pregnancy. Is this norm

Hi. I'm only just over 4 weeks pregnant but I'm having vaginal pressure. It feels heavy down there and I'm constipated. I'm not having cramps. Is this a bad sign? I've got the normal nausea and some dizziness but am worried because I didn't have pressure like this with my other pregnancies. Help.
