Saran Wrap while exercising?
So my mom used to wrap Saran Wrap around her stomach while she exercised and she lost a good bit of weight, but she also didn't eat. My mom and I both have a problem where we don't sweat from exercises. I can run/walk 3 miles in a day and I don't sweat, so I'm not losing any weight. Is wrapping Saran Wrap around your mid section okay to help you sweat and lose weight? I want to lose weight but I want it to be in a healthy way. My mom lost weight but didn't eat and exercised multiple hours a day after not exercising for 10 years.
