Morning sickness

Hello,

This is my first pregnancy and I just hit the 8 week mark and for about the last week I have been so sick not just in the morning but all day and pretty much all night I know this is something to expect with pregnancy but I am about to go crazy I cant eat anything drink anything! I was hoping maybe you guys had some tips for me or certin things that may help,
