Yeast infection tmi

I don't know what I should do. My test is very faint. My cervical mucus is thick like a yeast infection and it's very painful down there. If I'm pregnant I wouldn't wanna do anything to harm the baby so what do I do?? Is it normal to get an infection early in pregnancy???
