Tingling in hand and mouth ?

Does anyone know what could cause this . I have a Drs apt Thursday and I'll ask but I thought I'd ask here first . I can hardly bend my fingers and my mouth is completely numb and it's been like this for days ??

Been dealing with this since 26 weeks. Doctor doesn't say much. Woke up today and my arms, face and tongue were all tingling.

I get the tingly in my mouth (which tends to happen when my blood sugar is low but not all the time) and sometimes my legs like up on my inner thighs. I've asked my doctor and she kinda said its just one of those unexplainable things with being pregnant they can't explain. So I wouldn't worry too much about it

I had something similar, but it comes and goes. When I asked my doctor she didn't seem too concerned. She said it was probably excess fluid/swelling pressing on a nerve (or something to that effect). Be sure to ask, though, because my combination of symptoms made them feel that I should be monitored in L&D.
