My whole body gets sore. I can't stand to be touched. I also get fatigue.

I can only tell you what's normal for me. Everyone's different. For me it's mild cramps, back pain, irritability/sensitivity/moodiness, bloating, sore breasts, increased appetite, insomnia. Occasionally nausea and headaches. I'm a mess the week before I get it. Then when it comes, I have severe cramps for one day. After that first day, I feel totally fine.
