Mucus plug 34 weeks

I'm 34 weeks and 5 days and I'm very positive I lost my mucus plug today. I have no contractions and I know it's not an indication of labor or anything, but should I call an on call nurse or am I fine? (It's the weekend so my dr's office is closed). I'm a ftm so I really don't know what to do when I lose my mucus plug
