Getting serious this time need advice!

Ok ladies, I still have a few days until AF is due but I'm pretty sure this isn't my month which will make 7 unsuccessful cycles. So I need some advice on what I should do from here. I want to get more serious about trying and really try this next month. I want it to happen so so bad. As of right now I have only been tracking my cm and cp and i have been taking cheap prenatals which I will be switching this week for the pprescription ones my doctor wrote for me. I have another appointment early june with a completely different Doctor at a different office (for a second, and more serious opinion). But what else can I do to track things and help actually get pregnant? I have some pre seed that I've used a couple times but I really don't think I need anything like that because my cm naturally does exactly what it's supposed to do. Any advice and tips are appreciated! And if there is anything my husband could do or take or use as well.
