Is this early labor? FTM not sure

Question

I have been having a heaviness in my lower area right where my bikini line is and my stomach feels a bit hard. Also with some constant low backache. I'm able to talk, and move normally. Is this early labor or something? I have no idea I'm a FTM. Thank you for any advice

I just gave birth Tuesday & that's exactly how my labor started 
I have a post if you would like to see it about how I went into labor not knowing & had to deliver at home 
None of the contractions hurted until the last 40 mins & I had to call 911 because I was crowning by than right after my water broke...FTM as well

Not necessarily. I've had that for over 2 weeks now and am 40.1 weeks now and at a 1 cm. Good luck
