Needing advice

So. My boyfriend's parents hate me. His mother refuses to acknowledge my presence, or even say hello. I am always polite and attempt to talk to her and she never will reply. She looks at me with such detest and hatred. These people are very health conscious, and I know they look at me poorly because I'm curvy, even though I work out and run and eat healthy. Any advice on how to deal with this? Also, the boyfriend is completely oblivious to this problem. 😑
