Second + time moms??

Question

Just wondering what labor was like the second time around for those of you who have had at least two already. Im on baby number two and wondering if it will be different. Would love to hear some stories

My first was all back labor. Started in the morning the day before she was born. I had irregular but painful contractions all day while I spent the day shopping with my mom. I wasn't admitted until 6am the following morning at barely 4cm, then delivered at 1pm. I did end up needing Pitocin to progress after my epidural. With my first I never noticed braxton hicks through the whole pregnancy.  With my second, I often experienced painful braxton hicks since around 32 weeks. My water broke at 9 am and my labor didn't progress well on it's own even after lots of walking and bouncing on the ball. I was put on pitocin and delivered at 9pm that same day. Also, both babies were 3 days late.

First was a walk in the park. Induced, water broke at 430pm, no contractions until 730pm, and she came FAST! I pushed 3-4 times and she arrived at 9:01pm.

My second one arrived at 33w5d via emergency c-section thanks to placenta previa and a bad bleed

First labor was hard & long. 13 hours, epidural 2 hours of pushing. 2nd labor i labored it all at home finally i dicided maybe ill go get check just cause i was getting inpatient not cause the pain. on our way there my water broke & i needed to push. I labored 5 hours, pushed twice & he was out. Wasnt even at the hospital 20 mins & he was born. So easy & not even painful would expected it to be way worse cause no pain medicine.💪🏾

im on number 3 right now.. my second was a lot easier and faster than my first! i was 38 weeks with my second...my water broke at 2:00pm and i had her at 3:54pm.. luckily i was already down the street from the hospital when it broke or who knows where i would of had her! lol i progressed so fast! hoping my third is as quick and easy as my second was!!

Im on baby #2 also but i talk to my mom who had 4!!... Had all 4 natural no meds at all... 1st was induced because she had complications at the end... But all other 3 including me were a week or 2 early and fast labor.... With my youngest sister my mom took my grandma shopping before they headed to the hospital... It was a small hospital and the ob was my moms friend so they were all waiting for my mom like this 😳... When they got there she was almost ready to push...

My 2nd was vastly different from my 1st. My first was born at 35+2 due to PPROM. I was induced, had an epidural, and was in labor for 14 hours. They had difficulty delivering my placenta and I almost had to have emergency surgery, so good thing I got the epidural!

With #2 I intended on getting an epidural.  At 38+4 I felt a pop at 8 pm, immediately followed by contractions. No liquid came out so I didn't think my water broke.  I laid on the couch for about 7 hours waiting for my contractions to get to 5 minutes apart.  They never did so we finally called the Dr and decided to head for the hospital. Right after that my contractions dropped to 3 minutes apart. Baby girl was born within minutes of arriving at the hospital.  No time for an epidural or anything else.

I'm very very curious to see how it will go with #3.  I'm 37+4 now and more miserable than I've been with my other 2 pregnancies. Can't wait to get this girl out.
