Please help. Period 13 days late.

I am 17 and the last time I had sex was about 3 months ago. My previous two periods were regular, but now AF is late by 13 days. Should I take a pregnancy test? Should I even be worried? I have no pregnancy symptoms and it seems illogical for me to be pregnant.
