No pain with m/c?

Question

Hi ladies I just want to know if anyone has had a miscarriage with no pain. I took a test and saw a faint line then took another two days later and no faint line. Then on that Friday after sex I bled a lot and a small tissue fell out onto the bathroom floor I was like omg! Then I thought maybe it's my period but no blood since that gush of blood from Friday. #confused 😑

My 3Rd miscarriage was around 7 weeks and it was like a normal period with a few clots. I continued to work.

Well I think it may be possible however I almost passed away with my miscarriage so that's a big nope for me lol. The pain was excruciating and I lost so much blood they had to rush me into emergency surgery and I had to have a blood transfusion. So thankful to Jesus that I'm still here! Praise the Lord.

I had heavy period bleeding with my MC (that was 14 years ago). I had pretty bad cramps as well.

My 1st mc at 13w was painless just 3 trips to the bathroom gushing blood and tissue and about 3 days of light period/spotting blood and it was over. My 2nd had minimal pain, mostly in my back. bleeding was that of a heavy period for a full week.
