I feel terrible😥

My little boy is 4days old I have been feeding him,and changing him and holding him for a few and he falls asleep so I put him in his swing so I can get stuff done and get some rest I feel like I'm not holding him enough and I'm a bad mom for not doing so ugh my emotions are crazy
