Baby with upset stomach 😰
I'm watching my goddaughters and one of them as of a few hours ago,has been throwing up everything she eats,very fussy and a hard tummy/constipated but otherwise very playful and doing ok. Is there anything I can do for her tummy?
P.s she's 6 months.
