Worst migraine ever - advice please

I have had a migraine for almost 24 hours now. I've tried EVERYTHING! Tylenol, safe sinus/allergy meds, caffeine, drinking tons of fluids, poweraid for electrolytes, taken my prescription phenegren as well as Tylenol 3 and it's not leaving. I went to the urgent care around 3 and she told me if it doesn't go away to go to the ER. It has eased up a bit but it's not even close to being gone. I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant, do y'all think I should Wait it out and try and sleep or go in??
