How often were your first couple periods???

Ok so I just got my period around 40 days ago and I'm wondering how late were your periods after you had it for the first time?? I know it's irregular but how late?

I honestly have no idea :( I really didn't start tracking it till I was like 18

My first two were pretty regular and then they become super irregular until I started birth control almost a year ago (more like 9 months ago or so). I got my first period when I was 12 and started birth control like 12 years later.

I skipped a month after my first period. I had a few other Friends who skipped a few months after their first.. It's normal to have irregular periods for the first few years of your period. If you are really worried ask your guardian to make an appointment for you.
