Not every women there's a bracket based off how much money you and your SO/hubby makes that determines who qualifies.

If you get any state aid you should qualify. If you do, they have amazing lactation peer counselors!

It's based on monthly income, how many dependents you have and qualifying monthly bills (rent, electric, water etc). Most pregnant women don't need WIC unless you're absolutely broke and can't afford milk, eggs, bread etc. If this isn't the case for you, I would recommend waiting until after the baby is due to get on WIC cause they will offer formula then. My son is 2 1/2 and he is still in the WIC plan that offers formula because of his milk protein allergy. His cans of formula are $55.00 each.
