Help!

Corin
I was diagnosed with pcos in February 2016 after trying for a baby since May 2015. My doctor won't help me until I've been trying for two years which is May 2017. I talk insoitol and agnus castus everyday as advised from blog posts etc. recently I've been pretty down at times and I know I'm lucky to have a husband and a good life but everyone around me is having babies and it gets me down. Anyone got any advice to either help concieve or deal with the blues? Tia

I would find a new doctor. That is way too long for a women with pcos. I got a new ob/gyn in Sept 2015 and she new right away I had pcos with blood work done and history. I told her my husband and I are ready for a baby and I barely get a period. She gave me provera and clomid. It worked which is great but I miscarried. My dr and I have a plan for this month to try again. But I would not wait that long.

Two years seems like a long time but could be due to a younger age. No matter your age it is hard and they rarely do intervention until you've had three. Sadly. I'm so sorry for your loss. But I agree, a second option might be in your best interest.

My husband and I have a really nice date night after I'm feeling better. He has been my rock through 8 losses. I hope you get some answers soon!

You might want to get a second opinion. It seems some doctors take TTC with PCOS more seriously than others. My doctor gave me metformin to help take care of PCOS and maybe help me get pregnant. If I'm not pregnant after 3 months he will give me Clomid. Good luck to you!
