No but my hubby practically has a Siezure every night before falling asleep lol it's the most annoying this in the world! On the plus side I can always tell when he's not really listening to me.

Twitching when your almost asleep is due to you being so relaxed that you have shallow breathing and your heart rate slows that your body thinks your dying and twitches you awake.

That's usually a normal body function that happens as your muscles are relaxing. Sometimes you're not quite asleep and can feel it,  sometimes a little deeper sleep preventing you from scaring yourself awake lol

My boyfriend does.... It kind of worried me at first but I think it's just his way of relaxing.
