Pick me up
Hi just something I came across and thought I would share as when ttc we all hate it when aunt flo arrives.
Make a box with sanitary wear, pain killers, tissues for your tears 😒 a big bar of chocolate and a bottle of wine 😊 I'm even going to have a takeaway that day! One day to be naughty then back to my strict healthy diet. It's just a little pick me up for the months you don't concieve.
