Just a few questions for those who may have a shared experience. We just found out like a week and half ago that while we were supposed to be hearing the heartbeat of out 11 week old baby (first pregnancy), apparently the baby had stopped growing around 7 weeks and no heartsounds. At that point I was still having all the right symptoms and had no spotting or any clue that anything was different. So they took blood and apparently my hormones were still pretty high, went back a week later and the ultrasound was exactly the same, took more blood hoping the levels have gone down, they haven't given me results yet but I have to go back Wednesday and have more blood drawn to check again. Anyway I still have had no spotting or bleeding and am tired of waiting so I am starting medicine tonight. I am confused because on the phone the nurse said to take it vaginally at night and everything I am reading says people take it in the morning. I am hoping to avoid having a dnc due to non dropping hormones... anyone have a similar experience or any advice. Thank you
