Ovulation after birth control

I just got off birth control almost 2 months ago. With my first daughter I got pregnant with the app before I ever used birth control. Now I'm TTC #2 and all the apps have my ovulation date wrong. I bought a ovulation test and found out I didn't ovulate until the 19th. A whole week after my period. Is that normal?
