6 month old restless at night

Ok so... we cosleep at night. My LO has always slept well since about 2 months old. She dream feeds several times a night. Recently she has been restless at night. She will cry in her sleep and it's almost like she can't get comfortable...I don't even think she's fully awake when she does this. She may do this 2-3xs a night. She just learned how to sit up on her own. I'm not sure if that plays a roll...we also have her on a semi strict nighttime schedule. Maybe I'm not strict enough on it? Any mom's have any clue what's going on or any tips on how I can get her back to sleeping better? She has her 6 month well check on Wednesday so I'll definitely be bringing this up to her pediatrician.
