Ladies help me out here please, just 5 days before my period i started spotting brown in my panties and this contineud in very light spots for 3 days. My periods are like clockwork regular. And today just two days before i started bleeding bright red blood which i think is my periods however its quite unusual for me to spot brown for three days that too almost a week before and now bright red blood and i have extremely painful cramps amd lower back pain. Im in agony, please help should i be concerned? I feel like fainting
