I have a friend who has two little ones, 2 and 3 (almost 4). She knows she is done having babies and her husband just had a vasectomy last week. She's been mentioning to me that for the last 4 months, her periods have been late, always! By weeks, not days. In the middle of her cycles she gets debilitating cramping (i assumed ovulation at first) but it is becoming very concerning. She constantly feels bloated and achy. She is even leaking milk from her breasts during the middle cycle cramping, she only nursed her 2 year old for 3 months, so it's been a while since she nursed at all. She is NOT pregnant, took SEVERAL tests and has had 5 periods since this has happened. All regular (just late). She doesn't want to see a doctor yet, in fear she'll get scary news.... Has anyone had experience in this? TIA for all the help
