Am I having a missed miscarriage?

Since O my boobs got bigger, bigger than when I'm going to get my period and for longer I believe and so soon after BD, I had a bunch of symptoms including that bitter/ thirsty taste/ feeling on the sides of my tongue.. Weird ! Lower back cramps and ovary like NEVER before...

Now 3 days early (25 days cycle which is usually 28-30 days ) I'm having ( sorry tmi ) a heavy gooey brown period kinda thing with some clots ..

My boobs are still big and very soft which is noticeable since I have implant and, I have some mild burning feeling here and there.

I was supposed to take a hpt Monday, I was convinced this was the month and now I'm confused as I got this brown goo thing ( sticky and stretchy ) since Sunday 12am.

I'm wondering if I should still test or if this can just be my period, as my boobs still feels so different than usual...
