Me and my boyfriend are TTC ive been off my period for more than a week and it's saying this week is when we need to be doing the BD is their percentages correct?

You can't rely on the app alone, especially since everyone's cycle is different and not everyone ovulates on the exact same day from cycle to cycle. It's basically just a guess. You need to use OPKs or temp in order to actually confirm ovulation. 
I would recommend using OPKs at this point and if you don't get pregnant this cycle, start temping from cycle day 1 of your next cycle. That way you can learn your temp pattern.
