Worries

Am I the only mama who maybe has had a crazy load of symptoms and maybe feels pretty awful and yet baby is healthy as far as they know? Baby has been growing and doing well thus far but it's like this pregnancy is so normal I'm beginning to wonder what's going on in there, if there is anything going on that's not good. No complaints, this is the first pregnancy in any years for me and I'm just hitting that "oh my goodness this is taking forever and I wanna see your face so I know all is well" stage.
