When does the baby show on U/S?

I'm 5 weeks and 4 days or atleast I think I am. The doctors aren't quite sure since my last cycle was Jan 19. I think that I I hit 5 weeks May 19. Wednesday in two days I will be 5 weeks 6 days. So a day away from 6 weeks. Do you think I will be able to see the baby and if I'm lucky hear the heartbeat ? When did you see yours?

At 6 weeks you can see the gestational sac. Sometimes you can see a heartbeat at 6 weeks, but sometimes not till 7. There's no reason to worry if you don't hear a heartbeat till 7. It doesn't start to visibly look like a baby until 9 weeks. It likely that they'll do an ultrasound to date your pregnancy.

I had my first ultrasound at 8 weeks, they were able to find the baby instantly and see the heart beat(although we could only briefly hear it)

Had an ultrasound today at 4 weeks totally unaware, checking for fibroids. Ends up the tech saw a sac and pregnancy test done afterwards ...positive.

Not sure about 5 or 6 weeks..maybe? My first US was at 8 weeks and we couldn't hear a heartbeat but my doc pointed on screen to a little "flutter" She said would become the heart

Were your periods regular? If they were, you'd be much further along than 5 weeks. My last period was February 23rd and I'm 13 weeks. But I guess if they were irregular it could be hard to tell.

I went to an ultrasound super early due to some spotting, I was 5 wks 5 days. Ultrasound tech dated me 5 wks 4 days and we saw the yolk, the embryo and the little heart that probably JUST started to beat because the heart rate was only 81. So you MAY be able to catch it this early! I'll attach a pic of my ultrasound at 5 wks 4 days

We saw our baby with transvaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks and heard the heartbeat that day also.

I couldn't see mine until 7 weeks & a couple of days, wasn't much to see either lol.
