Is 6dpo too early for implantation? I've been getting a sharp pain on my left side and I'm thinking that could be it!

I can happen anywhere from 6 to 12 days after conception so it could be good luck

At 6dpo I have tugging and pinching sensation then pain behind my belly button and tmi then I wiped there was blood so I'm hoping I have. Good luck x
