Cramping at 12 weeks still?

No bleeding. 
Just get random cramping that hurts like HELLLLL. Then it will stop and randomly happen again. This is baby #2 should i be worried or???

If it's like menstrual cramps it's probably just everything stretching. If it's like regular  contractions it's not good, but yours don't sound like that.

I wouldn't be. This is my first but I'm 23 weeks in and still get them frequently. Upping my water intake helps me out a lot. My doctor just told me to keep expecting them and as long as there's no bleeding involved and they go away if I switch positions, everything should be fine. :)
